The 2023 National Organic Week was our most successful event to date, bringing together over 5,000 participants from across Uganda and neighboring countries. The week-long celebration showcased the incredible progress and potential of Uganda's organic sector.

25 intensive workshops covered critical topics in organic agriculture:

- International market access requirements
- Climate-smart agriculture methods

Participants visited 15 model organic farms across different regions:
Central Region

🛒 Market Exhibitions & Trade Fair
The trade fair featured 150 exhibitors showcasing diverse organic products:
- Fresh organic fruits and vegetables
- Processed organic foods and beverages
- Organic textiles and crafts
- Sustainable farming equipment
- Organic certification services
🤝 Networking & Business Matching
The event facilitated crucial connections:
- 250 B2B meetings between farmers and exporters
- 15 international buyer delegations
- 5 new export contracts signed
- 20 research collaboration agreements
